Professional Insights help you understand how people interact with your professional presence, including profile activity and other useful performance information.

Yes. You can update your biography, experience, specialties, services, dishes, portfolio, contact information and other professional details whenever you need.

No. Anyone can browse chefs, restaurants, dishes and Plate Reviews. Creating a free visitor account gives you access to additional community features.

Visitors review individual dishes, rather than rating the chef or restaurant as a whole. This keeps the focus on the actual food and the culinary work behind each plate.

Not at the moment. Magical Chefs currently focuses on helping visitors discover chefs and restaurants through profiles, dishes and Plate Reviews. Saving favourites may be introduced in the future.

Yes. Plate Reviews can be submitted anonymously, while comments display your public username. All content is moderated to maintain a respectful community.

Yes. Every professional account starts with a 7-day free trial, giving you access to your Professional Toolkit.

After your trial ends, you can choose a membership plan to keep your professional profile visible and continue using your Professional Toolkit.

Both plans include the core Professional Toolkit. Annual membership provides additional benefits and more opportunities to showcase your culinary work.

Yes. You can manage or change your membership through your account.

Your profile becomes hidden from public view after your current membership period ends. You can reactivate it by renewing your membership.

No. Magical Chefs does not store or process your card information. Payments are securely handled by Stripe.

Stripe securely processes all membership payments. Stripe encrypts and handles your payment details directly.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your profile remains active until the end of your current billing period.

You won’t be charged when creating your account. Your 7-day free trial begins when activated. If you choose to continue, your selected membership starts after the trial.

Yes. Stripe is a widely used payment provider. Your payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored by Magical Chefs.

You retain ownership of the images, dishes and content you upload. By uploading them, you give Magical Chefs permission to display them on the marketplace.
